When you think of the pioneers of craft beer, Sierra Nevada is one of, if not the name people mention the most. Fast forward to 2017, where your beer options have exploded in size. While Sierra Nevada is still making top-notch beer, it’s also not surprising that they want to make even more of a splash. Enter two brand new beers in their year-round portfolio.
Tropical Torpedo – Torpedo IPA is a pioneer in it’s own right as well, being one of the first IPAs to use Citra hops. This version amps up the juiciness with a hop profile that elicits mango, papaya, and passionfruit.
Sidecar – A twist on the classic Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Sidecar adds orange peel alongside Cascade, Equinox, and Mandarina hops for a balanced zestiness.
