The Lucignano Chianti Colli Fiorentini 2014 is medium-bodied blend of primarily Sangiovese. Aged in glazed cement vats for 12-18 months, it pours a deep ruby red into your glass. It is loaded with aromatic black cherry and violet notes and is soft, has moderate acidity and robust tannins on the palate. A fantastic wine to pair with food, it is the perfect complement for most Italian dishes!
Southern Tier’s Blackwater Series has turned beer into dessert, replicating things like Creme Brulee and Thin Mints into beer form. Choklat is an imperial chocolate stout, thick and rich, with notes of chocolate, chocolate, and chocolate.
Every year, Alesmith makes a beer and calls it Decadence, and every year it’s a different style. We’re featuring the 2015 version today, which is a 10% ABV Belgian-style Amber. Vintage beer? 10% Amber? It’ll all make sense when you try it. Notes of coconut, vanilla, toffee, and more.
Perennial’s Saison de Lis is probably one of the easiest crowd-pleasing beers we carry. Already one of the most approachable styles in the game, this Saison has lively but delicate and soft carbonation, floral notes throughout, and finishes clean and dry enough to leave you wanting more.
2015 PALMINA PINOT GRIGIO
Palmina was founded in 1995 by Steve Clifton, one of the founding partners of noteworthy Pinot Noir producer Brewer-Clifton. Palmina focuses entirely on Italian varietals sourced from their Central Coast stomping grounds in and around Santa Barbara County.
2015 Pinot Grigio is sourced entirely from the Honea vineyard in the newly established Los Olivos District AVA in Santa Ynez Valley.
Tasting notes: “There is a brilliance shining through the pale straw color of the wine. A swirl produces bright aromas of yellow stone fruit, Asian pear, and green guava. A first taste wakes up the palate with flavors of grapefruit and key lime pie. The wine has a bracing and lively fruit-acid balance, with nuances of minerality, and a long, lingering and pleasant lemon curd finish. Great texture! Organic.
Try this distinct Pinot Grigio at the table with creamy pasta dishes and richer seafood fare, or test its versatility on a warm day with antipasti or lighter, grilled seafood.

When you think of the pioneers of craft beer, Sierra Nevada is one of, if not the name people mention the most. Fast forward to 2017, where your beer options have exploded in size. While Sierra Nevada is still making top-notch beer, it’s also not surprising that they want to make even more of a splash. Enter two brand new beers in their year-round portfolio.
Tropical Torpedo – Torpedo IPA is a pioneer in it’s own right as well, being one of the first IPAs to use Citra hops. This version amps up the juiciness with a hop profile that elicits mango, papaya, and passionfruit.
Sidecar – A twist on the classic Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Sidecar adds orange peel alongside Cascade, Equinox, and Mandarina hops for a balanced zestiness.
